Work habits and patterns have not only changed in the United States but have also been altered in Europe, where work at home has become vastly commonplace. For many, the home office has created a need for products and services not required prior to the pandemic, when company office environments provided all amenities and necessary tools to operate.
Of the most demanded tools for the home office environment, laptops are absolutely essential to access online files and company applications. Europeans have been spending an average of over 2 billion euros per month on laptop imports as of the onset of the pandemic in March. The stellar demand has created a shortage for laptops in certain countries concurrently raising prices for millions of buyers.
